These beautifully coloured squid lures are ideal for catching squid from the beach, from a boat or from a pier or jetty. There are six colours to choose from and all come equipped with a 3.5oz weight and measure 14cm long. At the business end of the squid lure are two circular rows of extremely sharp needle type hooks. The squid, when aroused by our lure will throw out its sticky tentacles in an attempt to grab the lure and retreive it back towards its beak, which by the way, is again pointed and extremely sharp and should be avoided at all costs. The most effective methods of catching squid on a lure are to cast and retreive as if you were spinning or a particularly effective method is to fish under a float from the pier.
