Our courier - Your name address and contact details will be passed to our courier.
Our payment processor - Your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details will be passed securely to our payment processor so that your payment can be taken.
Trust Pilot, our independent internet retailer review service - Your name, invoice address, delivery address, phone number and email address will be passed to Trust Pilot who will email you after completion of your order and invite you to leave feedback about our website and our service. You are not obliged to participate and if you choose not to, Trust Pilot will delete your data from their system after 30 days. Trust Pilot does not have the authority to use the data for any other purposes and will not pass it to any third parties unless there is a legal requirement for them to do so.
Our suppliers - We occasionally arrange for items that you order to be shipped directly from our suppliers. This is to enable us to fulfill your order more quickly. In the event that your order is shipped directly by our supplier your name and address will be passed to them so that they can arrange delivery of your order.
MailChimp, our newsletter management service provider – If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, MailChimp will ask you to provide your email address, first name and last name. We will not supply this information to MailChimp automatically. It is your choice to supply this information if you wish to receive our newsletter.

In the event that 'AB Fishing Tackle' is sold or integrated with another business your details may be transferred to the new owners of the business. The transfer of this data will be subject to the continuation of the above Privacy Policy.
