| Just a quick "thank you" to all those involved with my recent order. I ordered a beach/ pier rod and reel for my son`s christmas present on Wed 5th Nov and was called by a member of your staff on Thurs 6th recommending a change of reel that would be better suited to my son`s needs for the same price. The rod and reel have just arrived at 2pm on Fri 7th. What can I say apart from it`s great to receive such good service on the practical/information front and also on the delivery side too!!
